Terms and Conditions for Vehicle Towing Service

By checking the box and proceeding with our towing service request, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Radixbase Solution Private Limited:

  1. Service Scope
    • Our towing services cover four-wheeler towing, two-wheeler towing, and large vehicle towing in Panchkula, Zirakpur, Derabassi, Chandigarh, and Jaipur.
    • The service includes transportation of the vehicle to the designated location agreed upon by both parties.
  2. Liability and Vehicle Condition
    • The customer must disclose any pre-existing damages, mechanical issues, or modifications to the vehicle before towing.
    • Radixbase Solution Private Limited takes every precaution to ensure safe transportation. However, we are not liable for any damages caused due to pre-existing conditions, hidden mechanical failures, or unforeseen road conditions.
  3. Service Availability & Response Time
    • While we strive to provide prompt service, response time may vary based on traffic, weather, and demand.
    • Emergency towing is subject to availability, and we do not guarantee a specific arrival time.
  4. Customer Responsibilities
    • The customer must provide accurate information regarding vehicle location, condition, and destination.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to remove personal belongings from the vehicle before towing. Radixbase Solution Private Limited is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  5. Payment Terms
    • Payment must be made as per the agreed-upon rates before or upon service completion unless otherwise stated.
    • Additional charges may apply for services beyond the standard towing scope, such as long-distance towing or after-hours service.
  6. Cancellation and Refunds
    • A cancellation fee may be applied if the service is canceled after dispatching a tow truck.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the company’s standard refund policy.
  7. Force Majeure
    • Radixbase Solution Private Limited is not liable for delays or failure in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions, or mechanical failures.
  8. Indemnification
    • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Radixbase Solution Private Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the towing service.
  9. Amendments to Terms
    • These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The updated terms will be available on our website.
