Terms and Conditions for Scrapping Vehicle

By submitting the vehicle scrapping booking form to Radixbase Solution Private Limited, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Scrapping

1.1 The vehicle must be legally owned by the individual or entity submitting the booking form.
1.2 The vehicle should be registered in India and meet the criteria for scrapping as per the Voluntary Vehicle Fleet Modernisation Program (VVMP) and relevant state laws.
1.3 The vehicle should not be involved in any legal disputes, loan defaults, or pending insurance claims.

2. Documents Required

2.1 The owner must provide valid Registration Certificate (RC), Aadhar Card/PAN Card, and any other required identification documents.
2.2 In case of a commercial vehicle, an additional No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the transport authority may be required.
2.3 The owner agrees to submit the original vehicle documents for verification before scrapping.

3. Vehicle Inspection and Scrapping Process

3.1 The vehicle must be physically present at the designated scrapping center or must be made available for pickup (if opted for vehicle collection service).
3.2 Radixbase Solution Private Limited reserves the right to inspect the vehicle before accepting it for scrapping.
3.3 Once scrapped, the vehicle will be deregistered permanently, and it cannot be reclaimed or restored for use.

4. Scrap Value and Payment

4.1 The scrap value of the vehicle will be determined based on its weight, condition, and market price of scrap materials.
4.2 The estimated scrap value is approximately 4-6% of the ex-showroom price of a new vehicle.
4.3 Payment will be made to the registered owner via bank transfer or cheque, after completion of the scrapping process.
4.4 Any government incentives, tax rebates, or discounts from automobile manufacturers are subject to their own policies and eligibility criteria.

5. Cancellation and Modifications

5.1 A booking may be canceled or modified before the scheduled scrapping date by informing Radixbase Solution Private Limited in advance.
5.2 If the vehicle has been collected for scrapping, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Liabilities and Responsibilities

6.1 Radixbase Solution Private Limited is not responsible for any pending fines, challans, or legal issues associated with the vehicle. The owner must clear any such obligations before scrapping.
6.2 The owner confirms that no valuable personal belongings are left inside the vehicle before scrapping.
6.3 Radixbase Solution Private Limited follows all government norms and shall not be held liable for any policy changes affecting the scrapping process or benefits.

By submitting the booking form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
